Substitutions
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some ingredients may be very limited. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers and items of bouquet of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
In this event, we will call and discuss a second choice of similar flowers and package of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of a masterpiece, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an masterpiece of equal or greater value.
Cancellations
We process your request when we receive it during business hours. Cancellation of an order must be made no later than 24 hours from the date of placing the order. Cancellation of the order is possible by calling or sending a message by phone +1 (512) 553-9359. Refunds to the buyer's account will be made within 3 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed.

All sales in our store are final and we do not refund or accept returns as the flowers and fruits used in our arrangements are perishable. We will definitely try to solve your problem, if it is objective,
