Thank you for choosing our Jane's Fruits and Flowers LLC for your floral needs. We are happy to offer delivery services to make your experience more convenient. Please find below our delivery policy for arrangements, including a condition regarding leaving the delivery at the porch or any designated location.

1. Delivery Zones: We provide delivery services within a specific radius from our flower shop. Please check with our customer service representative or website to ensure that your delivery address falls within our designated zones. The system won't let you proceed with order unless your delivery address falls into the covered range.

2. Delivery outside of the region: Shipping is not available outside of our delivery region. But you can always order online and pick up the product you purchased at our location in Austin, TX that is listed below.

3. Delivery Time: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays and 11 am on weekends . For orders placed after the cutoff time, delivery will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot. However, please note that during peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may vary and we can not guarantee exact time for delivery. On the other hand, your order will be delivered within 2-3 hours from the time provided.

4. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will be applied based on the distance of the delivery address from our flower shop. The exact delivery charge will be communicated to you at the time of placing your order.

5. Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send a delivery confirmation to the provided email or phone number. If there are any issues with the delivery or if it was not successfully completed, we will promptly contact you to resolve the matter.

6. Contacting the Recipient: To ensure a successful delivery, we require you to provide accurate contact information for the recipient, including their phone number. Our delivery personnel may contact the recipient prior to delivery to confirm their availability at the specified location during the delivery time. This allows us to coordinate a convenient delivery time and ensure that the arrangement is received by the intended recipient.

7. Owner's Responsibility: As the owner, we are responsible for ensuring that the arrangements are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of the arrangement after delivery if you request it to be left at the porch, front door or any designated location outside your property.

8. Customer's Responsibility: If you choose to have the arrangement left at the porch or any designated location outside your property, you accept full responsibility for any risks associated with leaving the delivery unattended. This includes risks such as theft, damage due to weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Re-Delivery: If the initial delivery attempt fails due to factors beyond our control, such as an incorrect address provided by the customer or the recipient not being available, we will make one additional attempt to deliver the arrangement. However, an additional delivery fee may be applicable for re-delivery.

Please carefully review and acknowledge these delivery policies before placing your order. Please also note that delivery is not eligible for quoted high volume bulk shipments. If you have any further questions or require clarification, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
